The Best-Least-Heard-of-Glosses to Color your Kisser

I love having a pretty pucker and am very much a gloss-girl, but often times feel overwhelmed with what seems like a bounty so readily available.  Every brand has their own selection and inevitably I always turn to what I’m familiar with.  Until now.  I recently had the opportunity to test out some colorful glosses, that I (and probably you) have never heard of.  Each of the below added color (some more intense than others) and I was pleasantly surprised by how much I adored each of them.  Just goes to show that sometimes choosing what you’re most familiar with will leave you missing out on sometime better…like these below selections!

OpalimaOpalima Lip Creme – infused with Avocado Oil and Shea Butter, this goes on as easy as a gloss but covers like a lipstick.  All Opalima Cosmetics are mineral based and free from bismuth, nano particles, Parabens, Talc, petrochemicals, FD&C dyes, lake dyes and carmine.  The Lip Cream, feels like a moisturizer and isn’t the least sticky!  Retails for $13 and is available in 12 shades.

Manic PanicManic Panic High Voltage Lip Gloss – if you’re searching for high pigment, you will absolutely fall in love with High Voltage!  With Vitamin C and E plus jojoba this lends a bright-hued shine and feels smooth as silk on.  You’ll love the LED lighted twist tube and mirror as well.  100% Vegan and Paraben free, this lasts forever!  I’m smitten with Radioactive, but four total colors are available for $12 each.

Yves RocherYves Rocher Lip Balm –  I have to say, I’ve been searching for.ev.er. for a perfect pink hue that isn’t juvenile.  I’ve found it with Yves Rocher!  All of their nourishing balms sweetly color your lips with soft pastel shades.  Non-sticky with perfect coverage – it’s smooth going on and once again, Paraben free.  I love the size as they easily fit into even the smallest clutch and each of the three colors are just $4.
