Good Night Rituals

I have a confession…I really love bedtime! Not because I don’t enjoy most parts of the day, but because I love the ritual of settling in, relaxing and pampering myself a bit. Even if it’s only for a few short evening minutes, I love every aspect of preparing myself for a restful night. Each of the below I use regularly to help ensure sweet dreams and a few hours worth of always-needed beauty sleep.

Coconut Oil, Nutiva pure coconut oil, Rosebud Salve, How to use rosebud salve

Helps Specialty Tea, Crack creme for feet, Organic Tee Options, how to use rosebud salve

Hot Cherry, Zebra Neck Pillow

Illume Candle Coconut Milk, Best Home Tanning Sprays, spray tan review

Nutiva Coconut Oil ($11.99): This superfood isn’t just good for cooking, I slather it on after my eye-cream for extra insurance to help fight fine lines and wrinkles.

Smith’s Rosebud Salve ($6.00): A favorite for lips, chapped skin, undereye circles and even a quick way to remove static from hair!

Help’s Organic R&R Tea ($5.39): All Helps Teas are so amazing, but this helps you sleep like a rock!

Crack Creme Herbal Skin Care (c/o, $6.99): I love spraying this on my feet at night, especially in the winter. With a pair of socks this keeps them smooth and soft.

Hot Cherry Therapeutic Pillow (c/o, $35): This is genius and so much better than an actual heating pad. Filled with Michigan cherry pits, heat them up for a few minutes in the Microwave for up to six hours of heat!

Illume Coconut Milk Mango ($24.75): This smells like summer…probably why I’m constantly burning it now!

Neutrogena Micro-Mist Airbrush Sunless Tan ($9.39): The best thing for my pale winter skin is my trusty can of Neutrogena.

What are your favorite products for a good night’s rest?
