Fitness Friday, Pink Shoes and Free Downloadable Goal Sheet!

Ok, ok. I know it's not Friday. I would love to start calling this Fitness Saturday, or Fitness Weekend, but it just doesn't have the same ring to it. Sooooo, hopefully you beauties will forgive me and I'll get my post done on the actual day it's supposed to be live.

I absolutely LOVE the little graphic above. So many times we go through life wishing it away. Wishing it was tomorrow. Or Friday. Or wishing for some other distant day in the future without even realizing, today is the only "today" that we have. We'll all have bad days of course, but I always have to remind myself, "this is it. The only April 15th, 2017 I will ever have. What can I do to make today count?" What can YOU do to make your "today" count?

I'm sure you're all at the edge of your seats waiting for my little weekly fitness update so here it is: 1.5 pounds down and 1" total gone. I've been slowly (as in, speed, I'm sloooow), been getting back into my runs and I am so thankful every time I finish one. Running is SUCH a mental game for me, especially this early in my running season. Before I've even gone a quarter of the way, I'm wondering if I can finish. Lol. I always seem to, and I when I'm done, I'm usually pretty sure I could run world. 

I've also been using my FITSTAR app and still loving it - you can read about it here, but the quick synopsis is it's a customized workout from the makers of FITBIT (you can download the app even if you do not have a FITBIT). I really think I'm starting to see more definition in my arms and abs. It could be wishful thinking, but I don't think so:)

Before I get to my style picks, I've created a downloadable PDF for you to track your weekly goals and accomplishments. I'm not great about writing every single thing down daily like I probably should, but, I definitely do weekly, and am so much more focused when I do. Hope you find this helpful:)
