Celebrities Gather for Children’s Action Network’s “Wine, Women and Shoes” Fundraising Event

Just right sandals for summer events.A fundraising soiree women could swoon over, took place last Tuesday, May 6th, as the Children’s Action Network celebrated their annual “Wine, Women and Shoes,” event, taking place at a private estate in Santa Monica. With a beautiful yard playing host to a variety of pop-up shops, savory bites from distinguished Los Angeles chefs and restaurants and with a bountiful selection of wines, distinguished guests and celebrities had a wide selection of their favorite things all in one chic setting. Guests included Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project), Jessica Capshaw (Grey’s Anatomy), Frances Fisher (Resurrection), Zoe Jarman (He’s Just Not That Into You), Angela Featherstone (The Wedding Singer), Ruby Rose (Australian Model), Virginia Madsen (Sideways), Christine Avanti (Chef, Nutritionist, Author), Christina and Katherine Schwarzenegger, Leslie Miller (Former ABC7 News Anchor) and Janet Gunn.

Posh vendors taking place in the event included:

Fashion Partners: Intermix, Bandolier, Canyon Design Studio, TOMS, Clare V., Danielle Queller, Feathered Soul, Hayward, Michelle O’Brien, Oscar Tiye, Satya Twena Fine Millinery and Stacey Todd.

Wineries: Bespoke Collection, Conundrum, Frank Family Vineyards, Frog’s Leap, Justin/Landmark, O Wines, PEJU, Promise Wine, Raymond/JCB/DeLoach and Round Pond.

Restaurants: Bedford and Burns, Craig’s Decadent Wellness, Groundwork Coffee, Katsuya, Plumeria Fine Cookies, Pressed Juicery, Super Cool Creamery, Sweet Butter, The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, Toscana and Westside Tavern.
