Easy Desserts with Few Ingredients.jpg

Happy weekend everyone!!! I can't believe we're already to the end of June. Show of hands, who's already freaking out because they should have spent more time on Pinterest searching for "How to throw the perfect 4th of July party?"

It's been a hot minute since I've done a food post. I've been wanting to incorporate more food posts into the blog, but honestly, I usually eat the goods before I can photograph:)

Anyways...get ready because I'm trying something new - Five Ingredient Friday, where I share some of my favorite recipes with just 5 ingredients or less. Everyone loves quick, easy and tasty, right? Me too.

So this first recipe, isn't really even a true "recipe," more like a snack idea that everyone loves. I never thought much about a proper name for it, but, it seems justified, so we'll just call it Mini Cheesecake Grahams. Wait, No Bake Mini Cheesecake Grahams, because I know people do a double take when they see the words "No Bake." Call me shallow, but I want my posts to get all sorts of internet attention. Obvi. In real life, I promise I'm not shallow:) Also, it might take longer to pronounce this than actually make it. Anyhoo...screenshot the below to keep this idea handy:)

No Bake Mini Cheesecake Grahams

-Graham Crackers
-Cream Cheese Frosting
-Fruit of your choice (strawberries, peaches, blueberries and raspberries all work well)

I like to break the graham crackers in half, for squares, but you could do the rectangles or even quarters. Regardless, "ice" your sections with the cream cheese frosting and top with fruit of your choice.

That's it. Easy, right? And they're so good I could make a meal out of them. You know, if I ever did that kinda thing;)

For a little party idea, you could definitely set up a "bar" of sorts with a variety of toppers - not just fruit but chocolate chips, chopped cinnamon apples, caramel, and maybe a different flavor of frosting as well.

Since I opted for strawberries in this post, below, I'm showing a few of my favorite strawberry pieces for your closet and your home that I hunted down. So. Much. Cuteness.
