Can't Stop, Won't Stop Cold Shouldering
Hello, hello! I mentioned this last week, BUT, this was the week my cheer and dance teams came back to campus to learn material and prep for the year ahead. OMG, camp ended Friday and I'm still exhausted...and all I had to do was stand there! For as hard as they worked, we still found some time for some fun, including a trip to the aerial park - if you have one of these near you, you HAVE to go! Maybe not if you're scare of heights, but for real. So. Much. Fun. If you have no idea what they are, think of it like an obstacle course in the tree tops, and ziplining.
With them back, life just got serious. It's fall. I love this transitional time for fashion's sake alone. There is nothing better than mixing a summer piece with a colder-weather option. Short's and sweaters, jeans and sandals, a denim jacket over a romper. Two worlds colliding and I love everything about it.
You may also remember last week I mentioned a little splurge I had at a TJ Maxx when I was out of town a few weeks ago? This top is one of the items I found - a "splurge" at just $6!!! I meeeeaannnn, come on. How could I not add that to my stash? And since pink and cold shoulders are my favorite trends right now, well, it was kismet.
This Love, Fire Top is sold out, but I did find some super cute cold shoulder options from the brand, AND, a slip dress in the exact same fabric and color:
The Rest of the Look:
Happy Sunday everyone and hope you all enjoy the Eclipse tomorrow - I totally should have had an Eclipse viewing party. It would have been epic...maybe next time:)
