My background in Health Education shaped the way I approach everything I share. I love digging deeper, asking questions, researching the details, and translating complicated information into practical takeaways you can actually use. There’s Just Something About Coffee. Black.
If you know me at all, you know I love my coffee. No cream, no sugar. Just black. How exactly does black coffee become beautiful? Easy...it's not pretentious. It's comforting in the morning, but suddenly a social drink in the afternoon with friends. And in this day and age with extra froth, elaborate blends and sugary concoctions, it somehow has become the edgiest brew of them all, and that my friends is beautiful.
