Cute Christmas Tees + Fresh Guacamole Recipe

Laura, wearing her forest green Christmas shirt and eating her guacamole recipe.

Who doesn’t need (ok, maybe just want….but still kinda need) a cute Christmas tee or shirt for the season? I always get to December and can’t wait to whip out my Christmas collection of tees, sweatshirts and long sleeve tops plastered with Christmas fun.

I always get so many compliments on my, “From the Windows to the Wall…till Santa Decks these Halls,” tee. This exact tee has been sold out for awhile, but I did find the CUTEST shop on Etsy that has one very similar - in a variety of colors!

Find that must-have women's Christmas t-shirt right here.

Another one I saw when perusing the site might be too cute to pass up as well, is a tribute to all the Nelly fans: Shimmy Shimmy Cocoa What. While I'm linking to the long sleeve version, it also comes in a short sleeve option as well.

Each of these are from the Teal River Tee shop on Etsy, and trust me - there are tons of other cute options so be sure to take a peek at some of the others!

If you’re curious about what I’m munching on in the above image, it’s my guac recipe that I showcased recently on Instagram. I’ve feature this guacamole recipe before, but I was shocked when I was at the grocery store recently and saw a packet of guac seasoning filled with literal garbage!

Listen, I hate to be judgmental, but if you are making “fresh” guacamole with maltodextrin, dry milk, corn syrup solids, “natural” flavors and GMO’s (or bio-engineered ingredients), you. aren’t. making. real. guac. While you can adjust accordingly, here’s what you actually need:

Easy Guacamole Recipe

3 Avocados (smashed with a fork)
Juice from 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 to 1/2 thinly diced red onion (depending on onion size)
1/2 jalapeño (minced)
2 roma tomatoes (seeded, diced)
1 TB chopped cilantro
Salt and Pepper to taste

I couldn’t tell you the last time I actually measured any of these ingredients, I kind of just add what I have and it always turns out fantastic.

I’m not one for making me threats, BUT, I do want to let you know, if I hear of you (or anyone) making guac with a packet of filth, don’t be surprised to find me at your doorstep with my cute Christmas s-shirt and the above ingredients ready to teach your the right way!

Enjoy!
